If you have a file ready, send it and we quote within an hour. If you only have a sketch or a reference photo, our design team builds the 3D model for you in Autodesk Fusion before printing.
Getting started is simple. Message us on Zalo at 0363516019 with your file or project description. We respond in both Vietnamese and English. You will receive a quote that includes material recommendation, estimated print time, and total cost. Once confirmed, printing begins the same day for most jobs.
Turnaround depends on the job. A single small part with a ready file can be finished within hours. Larger orders or projects that need design work typically take two to five days. We have delivered 30 custom crowns for the Miss Cosmo 2025 pageant in seven days, and single-piece prototypes for engineering firms overnight.
Delivery across Ho Chi Minh City. We ship to all districts via Ahamove, Grab, Be, and SPX — most orders arrive within a few hours of completion. You can also pick up directly at our shop in 143 Hong Lac, Bay Hien, Ho Chi Minh City.
Materials and quality. We print in PLA, PETG, and TPU as standard, with ABS and ASA available for heat-resistant or outdoor applications. Layer heights go as fine as 0.08mm for display pieces that need a smooth surface, or 0.28mm for functional parts where speed matters more. Post-processing services — sanding, painting, assembly, metallic coating — are available if your project needs a finished look rather than a raw print.
Capability for larger parts. Our largest machine supports a 400mm build volume, so oversized parts, tall models, and wide enclosures can often be printed in one piece without splitting and gluing.
Frequently Asked Questions
I only have a photo or a hand sketch; can I 3D print it?
Yes, but we must reconstruct the 3D model from your image or sketch before printing. Please provide dimensions and photos from multiple angles. Re-design services are charged separately. What file formats are required for 3D printing?
Common formats for 3D printing are STL and 3MF. STEP and OBJ formats can also be used.
How long does 3D printing take?
Print time depends on size and complexity. Small objects can be finished in a few hours, while larger ones may take 1-2 days.
What is the accuracy of FDM 3D printing?
FDM printing accuracy usually has a tolerance of about ±0.2 mm, suitable for prototypes and parts that don’t require extreme precision.
Are 3D printed products durable?

Is there a warranty if the 3D print is wrong or defective?
If a defect occurs during printing, we will reprint the item for free. If the error is due to the customer’s design file, the file must be corrected before reprinting.
